A family on a ranch in Montana confronts others who are encroaching on their land. Forrie J. Smith, who plays Lloyd, is a seasoned hand in the world of rodeo. John Dutton (Kevin Costner) often seems to “forget” his Montanan accent and slips back into his usual SoCal voice. Featured in WatchMojo: The 10 Best Summer TV Shows (2018). I don’t think anyone does westerns better than Kevin Costner, and with Taylor Sheridan writing this is a winner for viewers. Check out "Wind River" for an example of what Taylor Sheridan can do. Where was Cole Hauser hiding? She’s amazing. I think the daughter is a necessary part, but she’s over the top as a whore. The scenery is awesome, and being from Colorado, I can really appreciate the vastly beautiful landscape. Do yourself a favor and grab this series, because it’s going to be a winner.
