Sequel to Avatar: The Way of Water (2022). Plot unknown. Speaking to French news outlet 20 Minutes (via Culture Crave), James Cameron revealed that the third film will introduce a villainous Na’vi group called the Ash People. "I want to show the Na’vi from a different angle, because [so far] I’ve only shown the good side of them. In the early films, there are very negative examples of humans and very positive examples of the Na’vi. Avatar 3 we’re going to do the opposite.". Followed by Avatar 4 (2029)
