After learning of this I requested a refund in which I was told, their terms did not allow for refunds, I said well you sold me a fraudulent service. At that point they deleted my account on their support site so that I could no longer view, respond or create support tickets.

Horrible, avoid this company
I use this card at least once a month and my credit is good (780s). Today I tried to use it and it said the card was canceled. Checked on their site and sure enough I can’t use the card anymore. Says it still reports my credit line but I can no longer use the card. Claim your profile to access Trustpilot’s free business tools and connect with customers.

This is a fraudulent and unethical company who seems to be pulling off a money grab in order to make their exit. So, find another listed customer service number for Tomo online and I call it and it’s just a scam number trying to sell me something and as soon as I say I’m not interested please connect me to Customer Service they just hang up on me. Now, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General because I do not know what to do at this point because I’m just going in circles. Trying to email them, ping them, and call them and they WILL NOT ANSWER anything. I even called the home office in San Francisco and they said they can’t help….
