Arrogant judge Stefan Mortensen suffers a near-fatal stroke that leaves him partially paralyzed and ends up in a nursing home. At odds with the staff and estranged from his friendly roommate, Mortensen soon encounters the seemingly meek resident Dave Creeley, who is secretly terrorizing the house with a sadistic game called The Jenny Penn Rule, using his demented doll as an instrument of cruelty. What begins as a child’s torture quickly escalates into much more sinister and disturbing incidents. When Mortensen’s pleas to the staff go unanswered, he takes it upon himself to put an end to Creeley’s terror.
